The Role * Proactively contacting B2B clients to promote our recruitment services * Selling IMH Recruitment services nationwide * Managing client accounts and overseeing service delivery * Attending client meetings both face-to-face and via Microsoft Teams * Negotiating terms of business and fees * Handling objections and positioning our services against competitors * Identifying and developing new business opportunities * Managing your own desk with the freedom to target companies across the UK About You * Minimum of 2 years’ recruitment experience * Proven sales experience with a target-driven mindset * Confident and proactive when picking up the phone * Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills * Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities * Full UK driving licence What We Offer * Competitive starting salary from £30,000 (DOE) * Hybrid Working * Supportive and ambitious working environment * Freedom to develop your own client base nationwide * Early finish every other Friday * Opportunity to grow within a forward-thinking recruitment business Job Type: Full-time
