Delivery Postie with Driving at Royal Mail. Job reference: 307128. Location: Tiptree Delivery Office, CO5 0LD. Job type: Permanent contract. Hours: 35 per week, five days across Monday - Sunday, 08:00 to 16:00. You may be assigned to work at various delivery offices, including West Mersea, Kelvedon, and Colchester. Flexibility is a key requirement for this role.

Responsibilities
Deliver letters and parcels as part of daily route, in all weather conditions. Ensure reliable, professional service to customers and communities. Maintain security and accuracy in handling mail. Work with colleagues to ensure timely deliveries and route efficiency.

* Has a full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points

* A guaranteed hourly rate of £13.06 per hour (paid monthly and adjusted to your working hours)
* Paid overtime, with an enhanced rate of x1.25 for hours over 40 per week
* 22.5 days holiday, rising with length of service (adjusted to your working hours if below 40 hours per week) and option to buy extra leave

Please note: For candidate search purposes, roles offering between 35-40 hours per week are listed as full-time. However, any role under 40 hours per week will be classified as part-time in the employment contract.
