Exciting Retail Operations Assistant opportunity for established global fashion retailer. The Retail Operations Assistant will provide comprehensive, efficient Administration support to the Retail team to ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day operations in stores. My client is looking for a professional and approachable Retail Operations Assistant who is adaptable, organised and able to work in a timely manner to meet the needs of the business. Able to multitask and priorities effectively. A friendly, positive, team player who is able to build strong relationships with store leadership teams. Key responsibilities include: Invoices system - iProcument system (Full end to end responsibility for the PO process) Invoice & Budget Tracking Retail Operations Reporting Vendor management, including Vendor set up, accounts creation, acting as link between the store and vendors, ordering supplies for new stores.
