Key Responsibilities: Work closely with pupils who may need additional support to manage their behaviour and emotions. Build trusting relationships that promote confidence, resilience, and positive choices. Support class teachers in creating an inclusive, nurturing learning environment. Implement strategies and interventions to help children regulate their behaviour. Work collaboratively with staff, parents, and outside agencies.We are looking for someone who: Has a genuine desire to support children. Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as patience and resilience Can work as part of a team but also take initiative.
