Internal Sales and Service Person

My client is a leading timber processor in Ireland and the UK, with a strong growth trajectory. As a prominent player in the Green Tech industry, they are a dynamic and innovative organisation with ambitious plans for continued expansion. As they prepare for continued growth and investment, my client is now expanding its sales team to appoint an I Sales executive based at their facility.
Responsibilities:
Engage with existing customers through proactive phone calls, building strong relationships
Work closely with the Internal Sales Manager to achieve sales targets
Handle customer queries efficiently, ensuring excellent service and prompt problem resolution
Manage sales records and administrative tasks to support the sales process
Candidate Profile: This position is ideal for a person with a minimum of 2 years' sales experience. The ideal candidate will have:
A passion for sales and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to multitask
Position Details:
Permanent, full-time role.
On-site: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00.
