With a strong pipeline of new sites launching and some large sites up and running, we are looking to appoint Assistant Site Managers to two sites.
The Opportunity
This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected, stable, and successful developer at an exciting period of expansion. The business has multiple new developments due to commence, offering both immediate site leadership roles and longer-term progression opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee all on-site operations from groundworks through to handover.
2. Coordinate and manage subcontractors to ensure efficient progress and adherence to programme.
3. Maintain site health, safety, and environmental standards at all times.
