Responsibilities
* Managing the Administration Team, Porters, Post Porter, Drivers, Domestics, Hairdresser and Health Centre Co-ordinators to ensure the continuous delivery of comprehensive services, including recruitment, appraisals, disciplinary and grievance issues, training and development, sickness absence monitoring.
* Manage staff accommodation in accordance with the Housing Act and Trust procedures and be responsible for addressing improper use of accommodation services, complaints and landlord requests relating to evictions.
* Be responsible for ensuring that all contracted services provide quality services in accordance with agreed specifications and legislation to achieve best value for the Trust within financial limitations. And in turn take appropriate action if contractor fails to meet their obligations as per the contract specification.
* Oversee procurement of contracts which includes preparation of documentation for re-tendering, writing of contract specifications and awarding contracts.
Qualifications / Requirements
* Extensive knowledge and understanding of soft facilities management.
* Full UK drivers licence and the willingness to travel to various sites within the group.
