Product Business Development Manager

We are seeking a Business Development Manager to work as a senior leader within our Products and Solutions Team. Our products help clients accelerate and de-risk digital business change, improving customer satisfaction and transforming operational effectiveness through AI-enabled and data science-powered decision support.

Enterprise Product Lines Include

* InformedENGAGE, a digital experience platform for complex transactions.
* InformedINSIGHT, a data integration and analytics platform that unifies an organisation’s information landscape.
* InformedDECISION, an AI and NLP platform for faster, informed decisions.

Role

As Business Development Manager, you will work with the Product Director to build trusted relationships and sell our products in the UK and internationally (predominantly Malaysia and Australia). You will:

* Lead enterprise-level digital platform sales within public and private sectors at national, regional, and local levels.
* Represent the company and secure profitable, sustainable product-led business.
* Build strong, lasting client relationships based on trust and respect.
* Collaborate with the product development team to evolve value propositions and services.
* Design deals with Product and Finance Directors to ensure sustainability and profitability.
* Build strategic partnerships and alliances to offer an attractive mix of capability and capacity.
* Contribute to business development efforts, including bid and proposition development.

Requirements

* Excellent knowledge of the digital market and ability to position products to national, regional, and local buyers.
* Structured, hands-on approach with proven sales techniques in similar environments.
* A passion for developing business through lasting relationships and representing a strong brand.
* Engaging leadership style capable of liaising with decision makers to Director level.
* Compelling communications and relationship management style.
* Understanding of enterprise-scale digital transformation solutions in public and private sectors.
* Outstanding presentation, proposition development, and time management skills; ability to develop these in others.
* Comfortable with product-led contracts with deal sizes over £500k.
* Collaborative and constructive under pressure.

Other Information

Location

Hybrid work is available with flexibility for London or Manchester offices; travel to co-locate with colleagues and clients across the UK will be required.
