Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Media and Marketing Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about sales and marketing, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. This role requires you attend meetings and events around the Tunbridge Wells area on a regular basis, so it's important you live nearby. Please only apply is you are able to work in Tunbridge Wells at least 3 days per week.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategies to drive advertising and marketing sales revenue
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
* Analyze market trends and competitor activities to optimize sales efforts
* Collaborate with the wider team to create compelling advertising solutions
* Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and sales progress
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in sales, preferably in advertising and marketing or a related field
* Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs
* Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
* Knowledge of sales and marketing activities and challenges within SME companies
* Familiarity with CRM tools is advantageous
