The Opportunity

We’re looking for a visionary Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team and ensure every guest space is immaculate, inviting, and unforgettable.

Your Role
As Executive Housekeeper, you’ll be the guardian of our hotel’s first impression. You’ll lead with pride, manage with precision, and inspire your team to deliver flawless standards across rooms, suites, and public spaces.

What You’ll Be Doing

1. Oversee all housekeeping operations, including rooms, public areas, laundry, and back-of-house.
2. Lead, train, and develop a high-performing team of supervisors, attendants, and porters.
3. Ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and guest satisfaction.
4. Manage departmental budgets, stock control, and supplier relationships.
5. Collaborate with Front Office, Engineering, and F&B to ensure seamless guest experiences.
6. Drive sustainability, safety, and innovation across all housekeeping practices.

Ideal Candidate

22. Proven experience in a senior housekeeping role within a luxury or lifestyle hotel.
23. Exceptional organisational and leadership skills.
24. A hands-on, proactive approach and a passion for perfection.
25. Strong communication and team development abilities.
26. Flexibility to work across shifts, weekends, and special events.
