The JCB Academy seeks an energetic, adaptable and committed individual to join our Science Team and work with the Associate Director of Science to design, implement and monitor a structured intervention timetable. While a teaching qualification isn’t essential for this role, you will need a suitable degree to back up your subject knowledge.

Responsibilities
* Design, implement and monitor a structured intervention timetable in consultation with the Associate Director of Science and the Science Team.
* Collaborate with teaching staff to support science interventions and track progress.
* Maintain records of interventions and outcomes to inform practice and improvement.
Qualifications
* A suitable degree relevant to the subject area.
* Teaching qualification is not essential.
* Willingness to develop subject knowledge and intervention strategies.
