About the Opportunity
We are looking for experienced healthcare professionals to join the AI project as Clinical Subject Matter Experts. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the future of AI-powered nursing education by evaluating and improving AI-generated clinical content.
We are currently hiring:
* 5 Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Subject Matter Experts
* 5 Emergency Department (ED) Subject Matter Experts

Key Responsibilities
* Review and evaluate AI-generated responses related to nursing and healthcare education.
* Assess content based on:
* Overall helpfulness
* Comprehension
* Clinical correctness
* Completeness
* Educational safety and potential harmfulness
* Complete assigned assessments within project timelines (approximately 15 minutes per query).
* Provide professional, evidence-based feedback to support the development of high-quality educational content.
Requirements
* Current and active Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Practitioner (NP), or Physician Assistant (PA) license in good standing.
* Minimum 2 years of nursing experience.
* At least 2 years of hands-on experience in either Intensive Care Unit (ICU) or Emergency Department (ED) settings.
* Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail.
* Excellent written communication skills and ability to evaluate educational content objectively.
* Must be based in the United Kingdom.
