Key Responsibilities
* Leading and motivating a large team to put their best foot forward; this includes line management responsibility for the branch team.
* Full responsibility for all sales, operations, resource and customer service within the branch to ensure daily sales targets and operational KPIs are met.
* Demonstrate willingness to be involved in HR, performance management, succession planning and recruitment; our people are our most valuable asset.
* Ensure compliance with Health and Safety and branch standards; lead from the front and drive a safety-first culture.
* Actively demonstrate behaviour in line with our Company core values.
* Promote a customer-focused mindset within the branch.
* Collaborate with field-based teams to maximise customer opportunities.
* Average of 46 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 8am–6pm and alternate Saturdays from 8am–4pm.
