Spray Painter - Day Shift
Growing Manufacturer of bespoke products for high end customers
Manpower is recruiting a Spray Painter to join our clients production team, playing a key role in the finished product of bespoke designs across wood and metal.

You'll be working on day shift which is x3 shifts per week, 2 weeks of Monday - Wednesday and 2 weeks Thursday - Saturday, with a shorter day on Saturdays
Responsibilities
* Preparing parts and assemblies for painting
* Mixing paints and other materials to the correct specifications
* Operating spray guns and applying paint to meet required standards
* Using heat or oven techniques for drying and special finishes
* Inspecting and separating non-conforming parts, reporting issues as required
* Cleaning and maintaining spray equipment, tools, and the work area
* Handling materials and carrying out minor maintenance duties
* Following company processes, quality standards, and health & safety requirements
* Supporting overtime and weekend work when required
Qualifications
* Experience with spray painting in a manufacturing or workshop environment
* Ability to follow technical specifications and work with precision
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
* Willingness to learn, develop skills, and support the wider team
* Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed
