Registered Manager
Location: Leamington Spa
Salary: £60,000 per annum + Benefits
Claire at Amber Mace is recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager to lead a small, well-established nursing home based in Leamington Spa.
This is an excellent opportunity for a nurse-qualified manager (RGN/RMN/RNLD) with proven leadership experience and a passion for delivering high-quality, person-centred care. The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the operational and clinical management of the home, ensuring compliance with CQC standards and maintaining a positive, supportive culture within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Take full accountability for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance.
Provide clinical leadership and guidance to nursing and care teams.
Maintain and continuously improve CQC compliance, achieving and sustaining “Good” or “Outstanding” ratings.
Manage recruitment, staff development, supervisions, and appraisals to promote a motivated and skilled workforce.
Oversee budgets, occupancy, and business performance, ensuring the service operates efficiently.
Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external professionals including local authorities and healthcare partners.
Requirements:
Nurse-qualified (RGN, RMN or RNLD) with an active NMC PIN.
Proven experience as a Registered Manager or Home Manager within a nursing home setting.
Excellent working knowledge of CQC regulations and clinical governance.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Confident, proactive, and passionate about delivering outstanding care.
