Proman are currently recruiting for a FLT Counter Balance Driver for our client in Salford. Our client is a leading manufacturer of hygiene, baby and beauty products. This role will involve operating a Counterbalance Forklift Truck safely and efficiently, alongside general FLT-related warehouse duties. You will be responsible for loading and unloading deliveries, moving stock around the warehouse and yard, stacking and storing goods correctly, and supporting overall warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will: - Hold a valid Counterbalance FLT licence (in-date and accredited) Have previous experience in a similar FLT role Be confident working in a fast-paced warehouse environment Demonstrate strong awareness of health and safety procedures Be reliable, punctual, and a good team player Hours and pay rate: - Our client operates a 3 week shift rotation listed below: - Week 1- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 7am-7pm- Days Week 2- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday 7pm-7am- Nights Week 3- Thursday and Friday 7pm-7am- Nights Successful candidates need to be able to work all shifts listed above When working on Days, the pay rate is £14.75 per hour and when on nights, it is £18.26.
