They're looking for a talented Mechanical Engineer to join their hardware development team in Oxfordshire. This is an opportunity to work on meaningful, high-impact technology in a collaborative and fast-moving environment where your ideas will directly shape product development.

What You’ll Be Doing
* Design and develop mechanical assemblies for cutting-edge products including machine vision & Robotics
* Support product testing, certification, and regulatory approvals
* Develop automated production test hardware
* Produce high-quality engineering documentation, including assembly drawings, manufacturing instructions, and test procedures
* Review designs for manufacturability, reliability, and failure modes
* Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products
What They're Looking For
Essential
* Degree in Mechanical Engineering (2:1 or higher preferred) or related discipline
* 3+ years experience in a mechanical design role
* Strong engineering fundamentals and attention to detail
* Excellent written communication and documentation skills
Experience with:
* SOLIDWORKS (or similar 3D CAD software)
* DFM, DFA, and FMEA
* Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
Nice to Have (But Not Essential)
* Design for harsh environments (IECEx, ATEX, DNV-GL)
* Injection moulding and fabrication processes
* Tolerance stack analysis
* Production scaling (low to high volume)
* Requirements capture and technical specifications
* FEA / Thermal modelling
* SOLIDWORKS PDM

Location Requirement:
This is an on-site role in Oxfordshire. Candidates should ideally be locally based or within a 45-minute commute.
