Customer Service Advisor - Bank contract role at Bupa, High Street Kensington Office, London W8 5ED. Salary: £13.77 per hour + fantastic benefits. Part-time.

Responsibilities
* Join the Dynamics of our Consultant Clinics team within the Contact Centre at the head office in High Street Kensington. Ensure patient experience is central to all activities within your scope of responsibility.
* Communicate efficiently and effectively at all levels to both external and internal clients, meeting strict deadlines.
* Generate consultant billing charges daily and administer all Contact Centre email enquiries.
* Enter new and update existing information into relevant systems accurately and efficiently.
* Use reports to collate information between the Appointments Booking System and CRM solution; identify opportunities to increase scheduling efficiencies.
* Liaise with consultants to maximise clinic capacities and capitalise on business opportunities.
* Maintain and promote a high-quality service to internal and external clients, including patients, families, clinicians and the public, while maintaining confidentiality.
* Ensure integrity and quality of both computerised and manual data; administer consultant email requests (amend, cancel, create clinics) and third-party appointments (Health Services Pathways for Bupa clinics and external referrals).
* Carry out other duties as required by the Contact Centre supervisor.
Key Skills / Qualifications
* Experience in a Contact Centre environment or with administrative duties.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Healthcare experience is desirable.
* Ability to work under pressure with strong attention to detail; able to work well in a team.
* Outbound calling experience is desirable; knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.
