If you've got experience in SEN and a steady, can‑do approach, you'll fit right in.
What's the role?
You'll be supporting students with a range of additional needs, helping them feel safe, engaged, and ready to learn.
No two days are the same, but that's part of the magic.
You might be:
* Supporting pupils with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, Autism or PMLD
* Working 1:1 or in small groups
* Helping manage behaviour and build trust
* Creating a calm, structured environment where students can thrive

* An enhanced DBS on the Update Service (essential)
* References ready for clearance
