Choices Homecare are seeking compassionate Domiciliary Care Service Providers for locations across the Rotherham region. Supporting individuals to live safely, independently, and with dignity in their own home and community, empowering them to live the life they choose. We collaborate closely with local authorities, healthcare providers, and care professionals to deliver outcome-focused care. Working hours: a flexible rota across 7 days a week between 06:00 – 22:00. Location: Rotherham.
Base pay range

Responsibilities
* Supporting individuals with personal care needs such as washing, dressing, and toileting.
* Assisting with medication administration and documentation in line with care plans.
* Preparing meals and assisting with eating and drinking where required.
* Promoting independence and encouraging service users to engage in daily living tasks.
* Building positive relationships with individuals and their families.
* Supporting emotional well-being and recognising signs of distress or changes in behaviour.
* Maintaining accurate records and communicating effectively with colleagues and supervisors.
* Ensuring a clean, safe, and comfortable environment in the home.
* Respecting confidentiality and always maintaining professional boundaries.
Qualifications
* A caring, compassionate approach.
* A commitment to putting people first.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
* Experience preferred but not essential - full training provided.
* Driving licence and own vehicle essential (we pay 30p per mile fuel allowance).
* Weekend availability (alternative weekends or 1 day per weekend).

Notes
* UK driving licence holder with access to a vehicle and the ability to provide business insurance.
* Located within 30 minutes of advertised locations based on urgency and provision of service to users.
