UX / UI Designer

This is a hands-on design execution role where you’ll use tools like Figma and our design system to create intuitive, accessible interfaces, validate hypotheses through testing and present your designs to senior stakeholders for alignment and approval.
Responsibilities:
* Define and own the UX vision for O2’s eCommerce journeys, aligning design principles to commercial and customer goals.
* Balance short-term delivery with longer-term strategic design transformation across acquisition and upgrade journeys.
* Foster a culture of collaboration and experimentation within eComm squads.
* Set standards for design quality, accessibility and conversion-focused optimisation.
* Oversee end-to-end design delivery from discovery to execution, ensuring UX consistency across device, SIMO and accessories journeys.
* Work closely with developers to ensure technical feasibility and provide design support during build.
* Leverage existing design systems and advocate for their continuous evolution.
Who we're looking for:
* Proven experience delivering end-to-end UX for eCommerce or transactional websites
* High fidelity Figma knowledge and experience
* Strong stakeholder management skills
* E-Commerce experience
