Client Manager – Permanent – Clackmannanshire
We have an excellent permanent opportunity for an experienced Client Manager to join our client within the Accountancy & Financial industry in Clackmannanshire.

Responsibilities
As a Client Manager, you will be the main point of contact for a varied portfolio of clients, building strong relationships. You will provide expert business advice, oversee all key financial submissions, including accounts, VAT returns, and bookkeeping.
You will ensure client records are accurate and up to date and respond to queries efficiently and professionally. Working closely with outsourcing partners, you’ll coordinate the information they need to deliver a seamless service.
Alongside managing your own portfolio, you will review the work of junior team members, support their development, and identify opportunities to add further value through additional services. This collaborative role encourages involvement across the wider team. Experience with Xero is advantageous.
Qualifications and Experience
We are looking for a proactive and driven individual with at least 3 years of experience in a client‑facing accounting or financial management role. A formal qualification is not essential; hands‑on experience and the ability to deliver are most important.
Strong communication skills are required, enabling you to build trusted client relationships, provide clear advice, and lead with confidence. You should take ownership, thrive on responsibility, and enjoy making a real impact.
