You will join our significantly experienced Architectural team, working within a multi-disciplinary consultancy. You will be expected to work independently, although under the direction, and with the support of the Team Manager.
You will support our team across a diverse range of sectors which include:

* advanced manufacturing.
What you need to do to be effective in this role
* Design & Technical Leadership qualities
* Strong design and technical detailing skills – Revit experience would be beneficial
* Ability to express ideas effectively, orally, graphically and in writing
* Experience in preparing technical drawings packages and specifications
* Providing a practical and methodical approach to solving problems, working to fixed budgets and working within deadlines
* Managing planning applications, Building Regulations
* Inspection of building work on site
* Knowledge of UK best practice standards
* Develop customer relationships to find additional opportunities to address their challenges
* Assist in Business Development
The skills and experience you need to have for this role
Experience of working on large scale commercial projects and technical delivery is desirable but not essential. Candidates must ensure the highest design quality throughout all projects and be able to work efficiently & diligently to meet deadlines whilst maintaining a strong attention to detail and maintaining high standards of work. Your talent, creativity and excellent communication skills will create wide scope for personal and career development in a dynamic and growing business.
