You will be responsible for:
* Developing and maintaining comprehensive project timing plans, sequencing tasks and activities required to achieve successful project delivery.
* Updating plans regularly to reflect current progress, baseline project milestones, and assess any deviations in timing.
* Identifying and communicating project risks and opportunities, ensuring key stakeholders are informed in a timely and effective manner.
* Producing and maintaining project health and status reports, using appropriate tools such as Power BI or other reporting platforms.
* Collaborating with stakeholders across departments, attending planning meetings, and proactively driving progress.
* Designing and refining planning tools and reporting solutions that enhance project visibility and coordination.
* Managing the overall project portfolio and ensuring full integration with business systems.
* Supporting and contributing to a continuous improvement culture within the planning function.
What you will need to be successful in this role:
* Excellent working knowledge of mainstream PPM software (e.g., Microsoft PWA, Primavera P6, or similar).
* Solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies—formal qualifications such as Prince 2, APM PMQ, or equivalent experience.
* Strong experience with Power BI or similar tools for reporting and dashboarding.
* Experience in planning or coordination roles within automotive, aerospace, motorsport, or high-precision engineering/manufacturing.
* A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to operate effectively in high-pressure environments.
* Clear and respectful communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset.
* Ability to work collaboratively across departments while managing shifting priorities.
