The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal with at least 6 months' experience in litigation within a UK law firm.
The team is led by a highly regarded partner with a stellar reputation in handling complex litigation and group claims.
You will report directly to the Head of Commercial Disputes, and the role offers the chance to work on high-profile matters, including large group litigation and complex commercial disputes, placing you in a strong position for future progression.
The work will include assisting with the preparation, filing and service of court documents, managing multiple clients, organising and managing documents and deadlines, and liaising with courts and other parties. You will also be responsible for tasks such as reviewing disclosure on electronic platforms like Relativity, conducting legal research, attending court, and assisting with the preparation of litigation bundles.
Required experience:
1. Completed the Legal Practice Course (or similar).
2. High level of IT proficiency in operating document management systems
3. High level of experience with electronic disclosure platforms (essential).
4. Experience of High Court litigation (essential).
5. Excellent organisational skills, ability to multitask.
6. Excellent client service standards.
7. Ability to prioritise effectively.
8. Ability to problem solve, use initiative and be proactive.
