West Kent Mind is seeking an experienced and compassionate Head of Services to lead and develop its mental health services during an exciting period of organisational growth. This senior leadership role will oversee the quality, compliance, and impact of services, ensuring they remain client centred, evidence based, and responsive to community needs.
Working closely with the Interim Chief Operating Officer, the Head of Services will provide strategic and operational leadership to three Service Leads, driving a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and inclusive practice. The role is pivotal in ensuring services are delivered safely, effectively, and in line with safeguarding, GDPR, and regulatory standards.

The successful candidate will use data and insight to demonstrate impact, drive service development, and help shape the future direction of mental health support across West Kent.
