Head of Marketplaces
Visualsoft is a leading digital agency that delivers exceptional results in e‑commerce and digital marketing. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Marketplaces to spearhead and grow our marketplaces department.

Responsibilities

Drive significant revenue growth and profitability for clients and the agency through effective marketplace strategies.

Build, lead, and mentor a high‑performing team of marketplace specialists.

Develop and implement tailored marketplace strategies for each client and manage long‑term client relationships.

Leverage deep knowledge of Amazon and other major marketplaces to optimise SEO, PPC, promotions, content, and selling strategy.

Identify and evaluate new marketplace opportunities, and lead onboarding of new channels.

Collaborate with sales to provide marketplace expertise during pitches, develop compelling sales materials, and ensure a smooth handover to delivery.

Evaluate, implement, and optimise marketplace management tools to automate processes and improve efficiency.

Analyse KPIs, identify trends, and generate actionable insights to optimise campaign performance.

Stay at the forefront of marketplace trends, implement innovative strategies, and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

Extensive experience leading and scaling marketplace strategies with a proven track record of revenue growth.

Exceptional leadership, mentoring, and team‑development skills.

Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities with a commercial mindset.

Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills.

In‑depth understanding of marketplace ecosystems, connectors, technologies, and best practices.

Data‑driven decision making with strong analytical and data‑analysis skills.

Experience supporting sales teams in pitches and proposals.

Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI in marketplace contexts.

Results orientation and resilience in fast‑paced environments.
