Projects Administrator – £26,000 to £26,780 per year • Harlow • Full time | Permanent | 40 hours per week
Attega Group is partnering exclusively with our client to recruit a Projects Administrator to join the team. The main purpose of this role is to provide administration support to the Project Managers under the direction of the Projects Team Leader.
The role offers hybrid working after probation, with 23 days holiday (plus more). This is a full-time, permanent position with hours Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00.
Responsibilities
* Provide general administration support to Project Managers and Head of Capex throughout the works lifecycle.
* Organise and collate Job Packs for engineering teams.
* Arrange appointments with clients and residents, verbally and in writing.
* Update progress of individual installation projects on Excel tracking documents.
Requirements
* Experience in customer service or administration roles is preferred.
* Similar industry experience with engineer call scheduling is desirable.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* IT proficiency with Outlook and Word is essential; knowledge of Excel is desirable.
