Skills, knowledge, and experience needed
* Lead development of performance measurement frameworks, including KPIs, translating business goals into tangible metrics.
* Utilize quantitative and qualitative user data to focus on outcomes, providing analysis and actionable recommendations.
* Collaborate effectively with user researchers and guide approaches to understanding user stories.
* Communicate findings appropriately for different audiences, shaping messages and tactical recommendations.
* Foster teamwork within your group and across others, establishing professional stakeholder relationships for resource sharing and support.
* Experience with SQL coding and web analytics tools (Google Analytics preferred).
Your role
You will support iterative service design by analyzing datasets and collaborating with User Researchers, Business Analysts, and Data Scientists to develop a comprehensive understanding of systems, business, and users.
Your responsibilities include developing performance frameworks, KPIs, and insights, encouraging digital teams to embed measurement and citizen value into their work.
This key role requires delivering accurate, actionable insights to stakeholders, maintaining a user-centered focus across projects.
Location and working arrangements
Locations include Birmingham, Blackpool, Leeds, Manchester, Newcastle-upon-Tyne, or Sheffield, based on your convenience.
We operate a hybrid model—combining remote work with face-to-face collaboration in our hubs.
Compensation and benefits
Salary up to £50,296.
