Senior Vehicle Technician
Location : Danderhall, Dalkeith, EH22 1QX
Salary : £40,000 to £45,000 DOE Annual Performance Bonus
Contract : Full-Time, Permanent
Hours : Monday to Friday, 8:30am 5:30pm (No Weekends)

The Role
As part of our team, you'll work on a wide range of makes and models, using the latest tools to deliver top-tier diagnostics, repairs, and servicing. This is a hands-on role ideal for a confident technician who takes pride in their work.
Day-to-day duties:
Carrying out servicing, repairs, and maintenance on light vehicles
Diagnosing faults using modern diagnostic tools
Replacing timing belts, clutches, and other key components
Road testing vehicles to confirm successful repairs
Accurately completing vehicle job cards and service records
Maintaining a clean and safe workshop
About You
Were looking for a reliable, skilled technician who is self-motivated and enthusiastic.
Youll need:
IMI, City & Guilds Level 3 Maintenance & Repair or equivalent
5+ years' hands-on experience in a technician role
Your own tools and a full UK driving licence
Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail
Great communication and time-management skills
A positive, can-do attitude and team spirit
Experience with timing belts/clutches (preferred)
