Responsibilities:
* Attentive to answer and screen all incoming calls, manage office equipment like online printers, scanners, wifi, staff computers and communicate with the office HR department for assistance whenever necessary.
* Handle worker's monthly salary, supplier’s payment, monthly petty cash, preparing site working pass, induction records, assist in preparing correspondence to project consultants, clients, sub-contractors, filing of all delivery orders and documents in a systematic order for annual site and government audits.
* Handle site staff's monthly timesheet, leave application, OT application and approval and onboarding for new staff.
* Updating every quarter on all organization charts, project directory and weather and manpower records for monthly project report submission.
* Circulate site correspondence to site staff and ensuring their timely endorsement and filing to meet company’s ISO requirement.
* Understand worker's pay policy. Prepare, process and complete worker's salary by deadline to ensure accuracy and timely submission to HQ.
* Updates foreign worker’s address to ensure workers have proper registered address, ensure workers attend courses as scheduled, ensure proper handling of work permit card & passport.
* Assist in arranging workers dormitory, transportation for the workers.
* Able to assist site staff in ordering of hardware materials and keep proper records i.e. requisition form and DO.
* Manage and resolve conflicts, feedback and complaints pertaining to project.
* Liaison between internal and external parties for any project issues.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
* At least 1 Workforce Skills Qualification (WSQ) Statement of Attainment is preferable.
