Are you caring, patient and passionate about helping young children thrive? Milk Education are working with a friendly primary school in Liverpool (L18) who are looking for a 1-1 Support Assistant to work closely with a child in Reception.

Your role will include:

1. Providing 1-1 support to a Reception pupil

2. Supporting learning through play, phonics and classroom activities

3. Encouraging confidence, communication and positive behaviour

4. Working alongside the class teacher and support staff

We’re looking for someone who is:

5. Kind, reliable and enthusiastic

6. Comfortable working with young children

7. Happy to learn on the job and follow guidance

8. Experienced with children (professional) – desirable but not essential
