The role
As an Assistant Project Manager – Digital and Technology, you’ll have an exciting opportunity to develop your career in a dynamic environment where innovation meets purpose.
Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with our Digital & Technology Lead and multi-disciplinary teams to ensure successful delivery from concept to operational handover.
1. Supporting the Digital & Technology Lead in managing multiple projects from concept through to go-live
2. Acting as an interface between Digital & Technology Delivery Support and project teams
3. Driving project progression and delivery using digital tools and processes
4. Leading approved projects through to operational handover
5. Ensuring compliance and traceability through effective documentation management
This role is full time, 35 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements with 1 day in the office/onsite and 4 days working from home.
Essential experience of the Assistant Project Manager – Digital and Technology
6. Proven experience managing Digital & Technology projects, ideally in infrastructure or defence sectors
7. Strong record of leading projects from requirements gathering through to operational use
8. Familiarity with highly regulated environments and security assurance principles
Qualifications for the Assistant Project Manager – Digital and Technology
9. APM Project Management Qualification (PFQ/PMQ) or equivalent experience
