Position:

An exiting opportunity has arisen for a Health Records Supervisor within our Health Records Department working between Ayr and Crosshouse Hospitals.

What you will do:

We are looking for an enthusiastic proactive lead with strong independent skills to join our Health Records Supervisory team. The postholder will be responsible for operational service delivery within the culling programme. You will be responsible for the day to day supervision of the culling function and will be required to work between hospital sites.

Knowledge, training and/or experience required to do the job:

You should possess National Examination Board for Supervisory Management Certificate or Institute of Health Records and Information Management Certificate or HND in Business Administration/Information Management.

An excellent working knowledge of health records practices and procedures would be advantageous, in particular knowledge of the Health Records Retention & Destruction of Personal Health Records processes.

Hours:

37 hours per week:

Monday – Thursday: 8am – 4pm [30 min break]

Friday: 8am – 3.30pm [30 min break]
