Mainstream school with a SEND provision in Manchester, are in need of a teaching assistant to support children with a range of special educational needs and disabilities in Key Stages 1 and 2. This would be a full time role starting in September. Temp to perm contract could be offered for the right person. You would be asked to support a classroom with children who have Autism, are non-verbal, or have communication needs, so previous experience would be required. No formal qualifications are needed, just basic knowledge, passion and a desire to help and support vulnerable children. Pay - £89-£95/day (depending on experience).
