About the Role
Medlock Partner is partnering with a Manchester-based Financial Services business to find an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner for a 16-month fixed-term contract. This is a delivery-focused role supporting fast-paced, business-critical hiring across various teams.
The successful candidate will manage the full recruitment process—utilizing direct sourcing, referrals, and agency support—to secure high-quality talent. The roles include investment, risk, technology, compliance, and operations, with a preference for experience in financial services, investment management, or capital markets.
Key Responsibilities
* Own vacancies from brief to offer, ensuring timely delivery
* Build and manage talent pipelines across multiple sourcing channels
* Partner with stakeholders at all levels, providing credible advice and guidance
* Support or lead wider HR, people, and talent initiatives such as process improvements, diversity hiring, early careers, EVP, and onboarding projects
Ideal Candidate
Someone who is hands-on, commercially minded, and confident working in a fast-moving, complex environment. Delivery-driven, stakeholder management skills, and passion for recruiting are essential.
