Role Overview
The Warehouse Assistant will be responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations including inbound, inventory control, order fulfilment, and outbound shipments. This role is hands-on, fast-paced, and critical to ensuring our clients (and their customers) receive the best possible service.
Applicants must have knowledge or interest in sneakers.
Key Responsibilities
Receiving & Inbound
* Unload, check, and log incoming stock (sneakers, apparel, accessories)
* Verify product authenticity, condition, and SKU accuracy
* Label and store stock in the correct locations
Inventory Management
* Conduct regular stock counts and cycle checks
* Maintain accurate records in the warehouse management system
* Flag discrepancies, damages, or counterfeit concerns
Order Fulfilment
* Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with speed and accuracy
* Ensure sneakers and high-value items are packed securely and to brand standards
* Meet daily/weekly order processing targets
Outbound & Logistics
* Prepare shipments for couriers and ensure timely dispatch
* Complete relevant shipping and customs paperwork (where required)
* Liaise with carriers for collections and tracking updates
General Operations
* Maintain warehouse organisation and cleanliness
* Follow health & safety protocols at all times
* Support the wider team with ad-hoc operational tasks
Skills & Experience
* Prior warehouse, logistics, or fulfilment experience (3PL experience a plus)
* Knowledge of sneakers, streetwear, and resale culture (essential)
* Ability to identify key models, collaborations, and verify authenticity (Training provided)
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Physically fit and able to lift/carry stock safely
* Comfortable working with warehouse management systems and handheld scanners - Shopify knowledge is a plus.
* Team player with a proactive, "roll-up-your-sleeves" attitude
* Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
