The successful candidate will work closely with a collaborative team of boarded Medicine Specialists, Residents, and an experienced, dedicated nursing team in a large multidisciplinary environment renowned for clinical excellence and high standards of patient care. About Us Southern Counties Veterinary Specialists is a referral-only hospital located in the beautiful New Forest. Our specialist services include: Anaesthesia Cardiology Dermatology Internal Medicine Neurology Soft Tissue and Orthopaedic Surgery Ophthalmology Diagnostic Imaging We also offer comprehensive rehabilitation services, including physiotherapy and an underwater treadmill, supporting optimal patient outcomes. About You Applicants should demonstrate a strong and genuine passion for internal medicine, along with a clear commitment to specialist training. Essential and desirable criteria include: Completion of a one-year rotating internship Significant experience or strong interest in internal medicine Previous experience in general small animal practice (desirable) Membership of the RCVS Excellent written and spoken English, with strong communication skills The Role Required This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, 8.00am–6.30pm, with flexibility required to accommodate clinical caseloads.
