Are you an experienced Student Recruitment professional who is passionate about shaping and leading recruitment initiatives to support institutional recruitment targets? We have an exciting opportunity for a Student Recruitment Manager (Events), to join us at University of Sheffield.
This role within the Student Recruitment & Events team will lead a number of Student Recruitment events and initiatives, to support our recruitment efforts across all levels and audiences: UG, PGT, home and overseas. You’ll be a key leader in driving forward impactful, and innovative recruitment activity, ensuring exceptional customer service and building trust in our delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the development and delivery of the Student Ambassador project, a collaborative vision across our Marketing, Admissions, Recruitment & Communications department to create a shared ambassador pool, which is essential to the delivery of recruitment activity across all audiences.
* Lead recruitment event activity, working closely with Faculty Hub Recruitment colleagues to shape these plans, and deliver events which make a difference.
Qualifications & Skills
* Excellent communicator capable of building relationships with stakeholders across the institution.
* Proven track record of delivering innovative and impactful recruitment activity.
* Experience in leading colleagues effectively.
