VAN DRIVER / BARNSLEY We are recruiting reliable and experienced Van Drivers for a well-established building materials supplier based in Barnsley. This role involves multi-drop deliveries to commercial and residential customers. This is an ongoing opportunity offering consistent weekday work with immediate starts available. Role: Multi-Drop Van Driver Contract Type: Temporary / Ongoing Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday Start Time: 06:00 AM Hours: 4050 hours per week PAY Standard Rate Weekday (MonFri) Basic Hourly Rate: £13.00 Holiday Pay (Rolled Up): £1.80 Total Hourly Pay (Inclusive): £14.80 Overtime: Not applicable Weekend Work: Not required Pay Frequency: Weekly RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES Completing 1015 multi-drop deliveries per shift Delivering light building materials to builder merchants, warehouses and residential customers Using a mobile device for route planning and delivery tracking Conducting daily vehicle checks and reporting defects Providing professional customer service at each delivery point Maintaining accurate delivery records EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED Full UK Driving Licence (maximum 6 penalty points) Minimum 1 year multi-drop delivery experience Strong communication and customer service skills Reliable, punctual and professional attitude Comfortable dealing face-to-face with customers Good knowledge of UK road networks APPLY TODAY Send us your CV or text your full name and VAN LEEDS to 07485 442 284, and one of our team will call you back to arrange your start.
