The successful candidates will work alongside a sizeable on-site team, carrying out planned and reactive building maintenance across a diverse portfolio of buildings on the estate. You'll need a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and a proven track record in commercial building maintenance within your discipline. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of £45,000 plus overtime, further training and clear routes for career progression within a well-established FM provider.
