About the Role
The Data Officer will manage and maintain accurate school data, supporting decision-making, reporting, and compliance across the academy.
Key responsibilities include:
• Collecting, inputting, and validating student and staff data
• Producing reports and performance analysis for leadership
• Supporting SIMS or other school management systems
• Ensuring data compliance with GDPR and internal policies
• Assisting with exams and assessment data management

Candidate Requirements
• Previous experience in data administration or educational data management
• Strong IT skills, including Excel and database systems
• Organised, accurate, and detail-oriented
• Able to work independently and collaboratively
• Understanding of data protection and confidentiality
