About The Role
The role of No7 Advisor involves helping customers with their skincare and beauty needs. You will work onsite and report into the Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager.
Salary: £26,513.19 - £30,482.35 for full-time hours depending on location. Part-time hours will be paid pro-rata.
Responsibilities
* Build great relationships with customers and colleagues
* Provide personalised consultations using the latest skincare, makeup and beauty products
* Meet sales targets and communicate No7 offers and in-store promotions to customers
* Complete the award-winning 12-month Skin School development programme
* Share knowledge and tips with the wider store team to create a vibrant and supportive working environment
* Maintain a beautifully presented counter to showcase No7 skincare and beauty products
Requirements
* Welcome each customer and treat everyone with empathy and understanding
* Enjoy meeting sales targets and contribute to strong team performance
* Love to learn and stay current with the latest skincare and beauty trends
* Be comfortable working independently and as part of a team
* Desire to be a proud No7 brand ambassador and help customers find the best products for them
Desirable Skills
* Previous experience working with customers
* Experience using skincare and beauty products on customers
Career Development
