Classroom Support Assistants – Primary & Secondary
Location: Haywards Heath & Surrounding Areas Contract: Full-Time / Part-Time – Flexible Days Daily Rate: £89.05 – £110 Hours: School hours (typically 08:30–15:30)

We’re looking for classroom support assistants to join our team, working across a range of primary and secondary schools. It’s a brilliant option if you like variety, want to build experience, or prefer work that fits around your life.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Supporting pupils during lessons, activities and daily routines
* Providing one‑to‑one or small‑group support
* Helping create a calm, positive and inclusive classroom
* Assisting with behaviour support and encouraging positive choices
* Adapting to different schools, year groups and learning needs
* Working closely with teachers and school staff
What We’re Looking For
* Experience working with children or young people (school, nursery, youth work or similar)
* A patient, supportive and adaptable approach
* Confidence supporting pupils with a range of needs
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
