Keats Day Centre is based within the Highfield Centre on Highfield Roads in the Southern area of Blackpool. Keats is regarded as an important respite service to families and carers looking after a person with Dementia. Delivering person centred care that meets individual needs with a strong focus on well-being and personal quality care.
We are seeking to recruit a Deputy Team Leader to support the Team Manager and staff in the day-to-day running of the service. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience of supporting people living with Dementia and a strong understanding of best practice in dementia care.
The post holder will be experienced in supporting and supervising staff, as well as organising and planning day-to-day activities and staff rotas. These skills are essential to ensure the service runs effectively and continues to meet the needs of people who use the service.

This post is subject to satisfactory reference history of at least two years, Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check, medical clearance, evidence of any essential qualifications and proof of Right to Work in the UK in accordance with the Asylum and Immigration Act 1996.
