Senior Site Manager / Project Manager (Housing) £70k - £75k Hays Construction & Property are working exclusively with a leading residential developer to recruit an experienced Senior Site Manager / Project Manager for a new 15‑unit high‑quality housing development in Channels, Essex. This phase begins in February 2026, with the successful candidate also supporting aftercare on the recently completed plots. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a flagship development and lead it from start to finish.Your New RoleIn this position, you will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and high‑quality delivery of the project, working closely with commercial, design, client and funder teams.
