Principal Engineer Contract - EC&I - Staffordshire - Outside IR35 6-month contract - £500-£585/day - Hybrid Must have a British passport for security clearancePrincipal or Lead Engineers applying for the role can not hold dual nationality Key aspects of the Principal Engineer role include Take charge of and lead project teams delivering electrical control systems, industrial software and electrical safety systems to customers in the defence sector Have first class stakeholder engagement and management skills Current SC level security clearance would be an advantage but isnt essential Principal Engineer will initiate, oversee and lead all engineering activities on a project or group of projects Knowledge of working to ISO 9001 standards is key Oversee the activities of the team and help overcome problems by providing guidance Youll need to be a British passport holder and have lived in the UK for at least the last 5 years, as youll be put through security clearance if you havent already got it.
