About Our Client
Our client is a top international law firm with offices in Manchester. They are looking for a a Flexible Senior Litigation Executive to help support a variety of teams.
Job Description
As a Flexible Senior Litigation Executive your duties will include:
3. Manage a caseload of approximately 65 motor, ELPL, credit hire or recovery files, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
4. Provide expert advice to clients on matters, focusing on the best outcomes.
5. Draft, review, and amend documents and correspondence.
6. Represent clients in court proceedings and negotiations as required.
7. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with legal standards.
8. Conduct legal research to support case preparation and strategy development.
9. Maintain accurate and up-to-date case records and documentation.
10. Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional communication and service.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Flexible Senior Litigation Executive should have at least 12 months experience of dealing with a variety of litigation matters. Please note the level of experience identified in this advert is a guide only and does not preclude candidates with more or less experience from applying.
