Caretaker - South West Norse Location: Portesham Primary School, DT3 4HP Salary: £32,156.80pro rata Equates to £15.46 per hour Hours per week: 27.5 Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 07:00-09:30 and 15:30-18:30 South West Norse is a FM provider delivering support services to businesses across cleaning and facilities management disciplines across the region. We currently have a great opportunity for a Caretaker to join our established team at Portesham Primary School on a permanent, part-time basis. Role As Caretaker, you will be working on-site under the direction of an area supervisor, ensuring the site and grounds are cleaned and maintained to contractual standards. You will be responsible for equipment and products used in carrying out your role, including inventory and safe storage. This position will also hold further site management duties, and you will be expected to support with general maintenance issues as well as being responsible for site security and some minor repair work.
