The successful applicant will promote and ensure a high level of clinical competence within their HART team. This will involve undertaking clinical observation shifts with team members, undertaking clinical audits, leading on the clinical aspect of training and maintaining the clinical lead amongst their team at incidents.
Qualifications and Experience
The successful candidate will be a HCPC Registered Paramedic with demonstrable experience in both operational and supervisory/managerial environments. The candidate must also possess a comprehensive knowledge of CBRN/HAZMAT, Urban Search and Rescue (USaR), Response to Water Incidents, Tactical Medicine and response to Major Incidents. To be eligible to apply, the candidate must be an existing member of HART.
Required Skills and Attributes
The successful candidate will also display excellent clinical competency, leadership, motivational and organisational skills and will perform defined enhanced clinical skills for use within hazardous environments.
